We are expanding our operations and are now looking for an operations technician focused on installation and service of ventilation for HSB Mellersta Götaland.

Job Responsibilities As an operations technician focused on installation and service, you will primarily work on replacing older ventilation systems for our customers and conducting OVK measures. The role also includes simpler technical investigations, including follow-up and reporting.

A natural part of the job is to contribute to upselling by identifying improvement opportunities and recommending updates to technical installations. Depending on your skills and experience, we will tailor the focus and develop the role to match your strengths and ambitions.

The position involves both independent work and teamwork. Your base will be in Jönköping, but work throughout the entire geographical area of HSB Mellersta Götaland may occur as needed.

Your Profile To succeed in the role of operations technician, we prefer that you have relevant education at the high school or university level or equivalent experience in the field. Good skills in technical tools such as computers, tablets, and Excel are fundamental in this role. A driver's license is required, as travel is a natural part of the job.

Your personal qualities are important for the position. It is essential that you are service-oriented and stress-resistant while enjoying customer contacts and can work both independently and in a team with your colleagues. To thrive in the role, you need to have a good ability to work independently, both in organizing and structuring your work. Furthermore, we prefer that you enjoy performing with high quality and that you are flexible, outgoing, and have a positive attitude.

The position is a permanent employment at 100%, but placement in Jönköping, with travel within our entire operational area may occur in the role.
